This luxury villa is furnished to a very high standard. It has air conditioning and heating for the winter period. The villa has a large pool in well kept secure gardens. A large roof terrace, a sauna and a grand piano in the living room. You can holiday in splendour and enjoy meals al fresco with the outside kitchen/BBQ area and large farmhouse table which is undercover and looks onto the pool and gardens. The sauna room is located at the side of the garage and has a WC and shower room.

The villa is less than a 5 minute walk to the Cala D'or Beach, in the old Town of Cala D'or . Cala D'or Town centre is 5 mins walk away with walkways full of restaurants and bars.

A very spacious villa in its own grounds and gated. The lounge has settee, coffee table, lamps and satellite TV,the focal point being the grand piano, this then leads to the dining room with table and chairs, which leads to the covered terrace with large farmhouse table and chairs for al fresco eating, . The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The garage has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, The sauna room has a WC and shower room.

There are 5 bedrooms:
The main bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, bedside drawers, lamps and wardrobes looking onto the pool, and also has a window where you can see the sea across the road. A large en suite bathroom with corner bath.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the ground floor and have twin beds, bedside draws, lamps and wardrobe and en suite shower rooms

The 4th and 5th bedrooms are located above the sauna room with double beds and share an en suite shower room (this is separate from the main villa and accessed via a stairway.

Note: This property is located in a quiet residential part of the Old Town of Cala D'or. As such it brings with it the benefit of peace and quiet for those who enjoy it, but also the close proximity of the nearby Town Centre and Marina. In this location it is customary to observe the quiet period the siesta time between 2 - 4pm. If the idea of this does not appeal, then this may not be the property for you.

Cala Dor is located on the South East Coast of Mallorca, and is a 45 mins drive from Palma Airport.

There are so many wonderful sandy beaches in the area with their turquoise waters and restaurants serving fresh fish dishes. The nearby fishing villages of Cala Figuera, Porto Petra, Portocristo and Portocolom are worth visiting.

There is a water park at Arenal (45 mins drive) a great day out for all the family, there are bus trips to the park available in Cala D'or.

The market towns of Santanyi and Felanitz are 20 mins drive away and have traditional markets on a weekly basis.
Cala Dor has a superb Marina which is only a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Boat trips can be taken from here. There is a great "Wake Rider Trip" - which zips through the bays - not for the faint hearted! An abundance of restaurants to sit in and watch the fantastic boats arrive after day out.

In Cala D'or centre there are plenty of lovely restaurants / bars within 5 minutes walk. The main centre of Cala D'or Town is pedestrionised with walkways full of wonderful restaurants/bars with lots of variety to offer. There is also a crazy golf course in the centre.

Cala D'or beach is less than 5 mins walk from the villa. Glass bottom boats visit this beach and you can take you on trips to up and down the coast and also to other local beaches and attractions in the area.

The lovely beach of Cala Mondrago is a 15 min drive away and definitely worth the visit - Porto Petra is on the way so why not stop off for lunch in this picturesque fishing village. If you don't have a car the Cala D'or Express (road train) visits the wonderful beaches in the area including Cala Mondrago. There is a floodlit tennis club just 15-20 mins walk from the villa for enthusiasts.
