This luxury 3 bed, 3 bath ground floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard. It has air conditioning and heating for the winter period. The apartment is on a small complex of just 5 apartments which share the pool and well kept gardens and is gated. The beach is less than 5 mins walk from the complex where sun loungers and parasols can be hired. Cala Dor Marina is less than 10 mins walk away with an abundance of superb restaurants. A car is not necessary as everything is within walking distance. The Centre of Cala Dor has several walk ways full of restaurants and bars, there is also crazy golf to keep the children and adults entertained

There are so many wonderful sandy beaches in the area with their turquoise waters and restaurants serving fresh fish dishes. The nearby fishing villages of Cala Figuera, Porto Petra, Portocristo and Portocolom, can be visited by boat.
Cala Dor has a lovely Marina with great restaurants which is only a 10 minute walk from the complex. In Cala Egos there are plenty of lovely restaurants / bars all within 5 minutes walk from the complex
Es Forti beach is 5 mins walk away from the apartment. Glass bottom boats visit this beach and you can take trips to other local beaches and attractions in the area.
The lovely beach of Cala Mondrago is a 15 min drive away and definitely worth the visit - Porto Petra is on the way so why not stop off for lunch in this picturesque fishing village. If you don't have a car the Cala D'or Express (road train) visits the wonderful beaches in the area including Cala Mondrago, Cala D'or Beach, Cala Gran Beach and a great way to see the area.
There are several local weekly markets at the nearby towns of Santanyi and Felanitz which are only a short bus ride or drive away.
