This spacious casa has an airy lounge with settees, table, chairs, satellite TV and DVD player which has a patio door onto the private enclosed garden. A fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and utensils leading to a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor which share a full bathroom. A staircase leads to the galleried landing area, small roof terrace and then to the main bedroom with dressing area and large bathroom.

The casa is ideally located near to all amenities so that a car is not essential. An ideal place for a relaxing vacation can be had.

Cala Dor is located on the South East Coast of Mallorca, it is a 45 mins drive from Palma Airport.

There are many wonderful sandy beaches in the area with their turquoise waters and restaurants serving fresh fish dishes. A lovely place to spend a very relaxing holiday.

There is a water park at Arenal (45 mins drive) a great day out for all the family, there are bus trips to the park available in Cala Egos.

There are several local weekly markets at the nearby towns of Santanyi and Felanitx which are only a short bus ride or drive away.

Cala Dor has a superb Marina which is only a 5 minute walk from the casa, there are many restaurants to sit and watch the boats come in, or why not take a boat trip to the lovely calas in the area.

In Cala Egos there are plenty of lovely restaurants / bars all within 5 minutes walk. The shops are also 5-10 mins walk for food and drink essentials. Bike hire is available.

Es Forti beach is 5 mins walk away from the casa. It is a sandy cove with sunloungers and umbrellas for hire and has a beach snack bar. The glass bottom boats visit this beach and you can take trips to other local beaches and attractions in the area.

The lovely beach of Cala Mondrago is a 15 min drive away and definitely worth the visit - Porto Petra is on the way so why not stop off for lunch in this picturesque fishing village. If you don't have a car the Cala D'or Express (road train) visits the wonderful beaches in the area including Cala Mondrago. There is a tennis club just 5 mins walk from the complex for those enthusiasts.
