The caravan has its own tarmac space for parking a car. Is on mains gas so no bottles to worry about. It is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard by ourselves. We also like to be there when you arrive to answer any last minute questions you may have, this allows you to go straight to the caravan without the need to que at the site reception waiting for the keys.

A site map, directions to your caravan and booking confirmation will be sent to you prior to your holiday commencement.

•Funworks Passes are INCLUDED in the price of the holiday for each guest named on our booking form.

•Should you NOT require passes we would give you a £50 discount on the holiday.

•Please state your choice when completing the booking form as changes can not be made. A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable from the cost of your holiday at booking with the remainder paid in full a minimum of 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

We also require you to pay a £50 refundable charge included in the prices shown, which will be refunded to you within 14 days from the end of your holiday after satisfactory inspection has been carried out and no extra charges have been incurred from excess cleaning, damage etc this will also include smoking within the caravan.

There will be an extra charge for any keys lost during your stay.

This is a total of £100 required at booking the booking is not secured until this is recieved.
