This is an Atlas moonstone 35’ x 12’ - 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan. Rated as standard plus by the Perran Sands site. It is double-glazed with blown air central heating and cool summer air facility.

The bedrooms comprise of 1 x double, 2 x twin and a pullout double bed in the main lounge. Separate shower and toilet both with hand-basin. The caravan is spacious, comfortable and well appointed.

It is maintained in excellent condition and for your added safety all checks, re gas, electric, smoke alarm, blankets and extinguishers are done annually. For added security an alarm system is installed which is linked to the site office when set.

A flat screen LCD T.V. with Freeview, DVD player, gas fire, gas cooker, fridge, kettle & Microwave are provided, along with most everything else needed to make it feel like home from home.

There is direct access from Perran Sands onto 3 miles of golden sands and my caravan is situated within easy reach of both the on site facilities and beach.

Gas, electric and parking at the caravan are included in the price. Note: Club passes are extra to hire and can be obtained on arrival from Perran Sands reception to suit your needs (i.e. for 3/4 or 7 days). Please ask when booking if you require assistance with these.

The caravan is non-smoking, sorry but pets, single sex groups & unaccompanied persons under 21’s are not permitted.20% (non refundable)deposit(Min £50)within 7 days of booking. Bal payable 6 weeks prior to holiday.

The Caravan is sited on Haven Leisure’s Premier site near Perranporth, Cornwall. Perran Sands Holiday Park has an array of on-site daytime activities to keep the whole family occupied, along with professionally presented evening shows in the large entertainment complex.

Passes are required to use the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the showbar, within the large Funworks complex. Why not try a new activity such as archery, football, netball, crazy golf, mini ten pin bowling and many more, which do not require passes (but may incur a small additional charge.) You may even want to learn to surf at the local beach.

Perran Sands has bars, shops, restaurant, takeaways and mini market. Should you wish to eat-out there are plenty of local pubs/restaurants to cater for all tastes, with true Cornish hospitality.There is also WiFi access on site.
